The Operator's
Creed

A consulting firm run the way an exchange ran a town — every caller known by name, every cord patched by hand, every connection logged.

● Who we are —

Small exchange,
wide reach.

KIW CONSULTING, LLC is an Ohio company registered at 1627 Greenwood Ave in Girard — a Mahoning Valley town built on mills, rail lines, and people who answered what rang.

The practice keeps seventy-six circuits live on six panels: management and strategy, people and HR, growth and customer, operations and supply chain, environmental, and technical sciences — from actuarial counsel to waterproofing.

Three Operator Codes

How the board
is worked.

CODE 1

Answer by the second ring

Every call ticket gets a reply within one business day — naming the panel that owns your matter, or saying plainly if we can't help.

CODE 2

One cord, one caller

A named operator holds your connection end to end. Multi-panel problems are patched in sequence — never split between strangers.

CODE 3

The log doesn't lie

Every engagement is recorded in writing: scope, deliverables, fees. When the line clears, the record shows exactly what was connected.

● Why a switchboard —

Breadth needs
a board.

Seventy-six specialties don't fit in a brochure — they need a board. Each circuit is a defined consulting discipline with a jack number, and each engagement is a patch: caller to specialist, specialist to answer.

Because one exchange holds all six panels, a matter that rings on Panel D can pull jacks from A, B, or F on the same cord — no handoffs to strangers, no calls dropped between firms.

Asked on the Line

Common
callers.

A general consulting practice organized as six switchboard panels. Rather than a single specialty, we keep seventy-six defined consulting circuits — from strategic planning and compensation to geochemistry and roof consulting — and staff engagements by patching the right circuits to your call.

No. Financial management consulting explicitly excludes investment advice, and actuarial consulting excludes insurance actuarial services. Those regulated activities are outside our exchange and should be directed to appropriately licensed providers.

Each engagement is scoped by circuit — the specific consulting jacks it requires — with deliverables named per circuit. Pricing follows the scope: fixed-fee for defined studies, retainer for ongoing coverage. The board is the price list.

Yes — most calls land on a single panel. A compensation review stays on Panel B; a warehouse study stays on Panel D. Cross-panel patching happens only when the problem genuinely crosses disciplines.

Desk-based consulting — strategy, compensation, operations analysis, technical review — is delivered wherever a call can reach. Field-dependent work is performed from Girard across the Mahoning Valley and by arrangement further out.

Ring the exchange: describe the problem to meng.hao@kiwconsul.shop or call +1 (616) 374-2604. Within one business day we reply naming the panel that owns it — or telling you it's outside our circuits.
